Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on complex enterprise applications, preferably in the supply chain domain.
• Strong proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
• Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience with performance testing of distributed systems, cloud-based applications, and APIs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Java Script, C, or Python for performance test scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with SQL and database performance testing.
• Experience working in supply chain solutions like WMS, OMS is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience, including the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
